A group of people held an aggressive protest on Sunday, December 22, which caused mayhem at Tollywood star Allu Arjun’s home in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. In a recent video that has become popular on social media, a group of guys are shown hurling tomatoes at the structure, smashing flowerpots, and throwing stones.
Allu wasn’t at his house when the startling event happened. Around 4:45 p.m., demonstrators gathered outside the well-known actor’s house, holding placards and chanting slogans.
Hyderabad police arrested six individuals claiming to be connected to Osmania University Joint Action who was involved in vandalising Allu Arjun’s Home and demanded justice for the family of Revathi. She was a fan of the actor who died in the rush that broke out after the December 4 premiere of “Pushpa 2: The Rule” at Sandhya Theatre.
They sought justice for Sri Tej, an eight-year-old victim who is still receiving treatment for injuries he acquired in the stampede, and Rs. 1 crore in compensation for Revathi’s family.
Additionally, the group tried to break into the building before police stepped in and took eight people into custody, who were then transported to the Jubilee Hills Police Station.
Allu Arjun responded to the accusations by expressing his sorrow for the loss but denying any wrongdoing. “I deeply apologise for the incident but want to clarify that I had no direct involvement. This incident is devastating for me,” the actor stated.
Allu was previously taken into custody after the deceased’s husband filed a complaint. He was released on bail after spending a night at Chanchalguda Jail. He had promised Revathi’s family Rs 25 lakh following the tragedy, while Sukumar, the film’s director, had given Rs 5 lakh in compensation
