Actor Naga Chaitanya and Shobhita Dhulipala are set to tie their knots today at 8:15 pm at the Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. After dating for a few years, Chaitanya and Shobhita got engaged on August 8 in an engagement ceremony with family and close friends.
The ceremony will take place at the Annapurna Studios which holds a very important place in Akkineni family since it was founded by Chaitanya’s grandfather, the actor-producer Akkineni Nageswara Rao. The family seems to be excited about the wedding, with Nagarjuna and Akhil Akkineni fulfilling the roles of father and brother by overseeing the preparations at the studio.
The wedding will take place according to Telugu Brahmin traditions. The couple is also expected to visit the Tirupati Balaji Temple or the Srisailam Temple after the wedding, as per traditional customs. Further, the bride is expected to wear a Kanjivaram saree along with gold jewellery while the groom will wear Pancha which is a kurta paired with a dhoti.
The wedding will feature a star studded guest list with Akkineni and Daggubati families attending it along with Jr NTR, Mahesh Babu, PV Sindhu, Allu Arjun, Nayanthara among others attending the wedding.
