The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, the labor union of the United States and Canada for the first time in the last 30 years has decided not to endorse any presidential candidate. The incident involving the Teamster’s President and Kamala Harris on the Roundtable is considered to be a cause for this.
Teamster’s President Sean O’Brien while discussing the decision of his union on ‘The Tucker Carlson Show’ recalled the incident when Kamal Harris sat for a Roundtable following the opting out of Biden from the elections. He stated that out of 16 questions, Kamala Harris answered only four which was quite unprecedented for him as other candidates President Trump has also answered all the questions.
He said after answering the fourth question on her way out Harris declared, “I’m going to win with you or without you.” O’Brien called this attitude of Harris to be ‘arrogant’. He further shared that following this incident he called Biden’s former Secretary of Labour Marty Walsh to talk about the Vice President and asked, “Who does this f**king lady think she is?”
