Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his 117th episode of Mann ki Baat, which was held on Sunday, December 29. Commenced by invoking the Constitution, saying, “It’s our guiding light.”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished everyone well for the upcoming new year and stated that, “On the 26th of January 2025, the Indian Constitution is completing its 75 years.” He further said that “The Constitution is acted like a guiding light; it is our guide for the future of Indian democracy.”
He also declared that this year, on Samvidhan Divas, or Republic Day, 26th November, India celebrated 75 years of the adoption of its Constitution. To commemorate this achievement, a nationwide campaign called citizens to read the Preamble and share their videos, encouraging a sense of collective pride and unity.”
Modi further introduced A special website called http://Constitution75.com has been developed to connect the citizens of the country with the legacy of the Constitution. Here people can read the Constitution in multiple languages and ask questions regarding to the Constitution.
Modi admired the constitution, and he said, “Our Constitution has stood the test of time; it is our guiding light, and he was able to get here because of it.”
