Delhi CM Atishi accused the BJP of targeting her family members on Tuesday. “The more you target us, the more we will work with passion,” she remarked. She claimed, “A day before the poll dates announcement, the BJP-led Centre forcefully evicted me from the official CM residence.”

Delhi minister Saurabh Bharadwaj came to her support and said, BJP doesn’t care to work for Delhi. They don’t pay attention to whether children are getting an education or if people are getting electricity. All they do is go against AAP leaders.”

He further stated, “Today, the BJP has done something that we couldn’t imagine. BJP has again removed Delhi CM Atishi’s possessions from her official residence. He asked people to remember the past incident and remarked, “You all must remember when they did it earlier as well. I don’t think this would have happened anywhere in the world before.”

Atishi also stated the event and boosted the AAP working in Delhi. She said, They did the similar thing three months back. When I was elected as the Chief Minister, the belongings of me and my family were thrown on the streets. BJP thinks they will stop our work by snatching our houses, abusing us, and making below-the-belt remarks about our families. But I want to tell people of Delhi that the work won’t stop even if they take away our home.”

Meanwhile, apart from the political slamming game, the Chief Election Commission released the schedule for the Delhi assembly election. It’s a single-phase election. The notification will be released on January 10. The last date of nomination will be January 17, evaluation on January 18, and withdrawal of nomination on January 20.

The date of the poll is February 5, and counting will be held on February 8. The complete election process after counting will be finished by February 10.
