An Air India flight bound for Delhi made an unexpected return to Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport on Sunday evening after experiencing engine trouble mid-air.

Flight AI 2820 took off from Bengaluru at around 7 pm, but shortly after, one of its engines shut down, prompting the pilots to initiate emergency procedures. The aircraft circled the city before landing safely back at the airport approximately an hour after departure.
