Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai appeared together at a private party held at the Sun-n-Sand Hotel in Mumbai on Thursday.
The couple added elegance and joy to the atmosphere, capturing beautiful moments together in photographs. The couple was accompanied by Aishwarya’s mother Brindya Rai while their daughter Aradhya was absent from the party.
The couple’s divorce rumour has been in the air for some time now. Aishwarya’s mother-in-law, Jaya Bachchan, and sister-in-law Shweta Bachchan Nanda, and the alleged relationship between Abhishek and his Dasvi’s co-star Nimrat Kaur were considered to be a reason for the strain in their relation.
Furthermore, Abhishek’s absence from events, leaving Aishwarya and Aaradhya to attend alone, added insult to injury. Abhishek publicly expressed his gratitude to his wife for taking care of their daughter, crediting her for allowing him to work without any stress. However, this did not seem to have made much of a difference to the rumors.
