On Thursday morning, after a bomb threat, an IndiGo Nagpur-Calcutta flight made an emergency landing in Raipur. It’s reported that by 9 am, the plane landed and was immediately rushed to a quarantine area for security checks.
Last month in October, there were almost 15 hoax calls made, finally only leading to further delay in flights. Earlier this week, the same incident took place in Vistara Airways from Delhi. A passenger at Kolkata raised an alarm for a Chennai-bound Indigo flight. Later on, it was just proved to be a hoax, the passenger was further detained for the act.
