A Houthi missile launched from Yemen on Tel Aviv Jaffa area left 16 people injured on Saturday. The Israeli army confirmed the attack and accepted it to have affected Israel because of failed interception attempts. Magen David Adom, Israel’s ambulance service affirmed the injury of 16 people caused due to broken glass from the explosion.
Israel Defence Forces said on X, “A children’s playground and houses were hit tonight by a missile attack launched from Yemen by Houthi terrorists. An elementary school was hit by a missile launched from Yemen by Houthi terrorists just days ago.” Forces blamed, The Houthis for only knowing about killing and destroying the lives of Israeli civilians.
Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree, in a statement, took responsibility for having targeted the attack with a hypersonic ballistic missile. This announcement comes following the military group’s proclaimed multiple drone strikes on Central and South Israel on Friday and three military operations on Thursday.
