Housed under Grasim Industries – Aditya Birla Group’s flagship firm, Birla Opus Paints offered Decorative Painting Solutions to consumers in India. Launched in 2024, with six manufacturing plants spread across India, Birla Opus Paints inaugurated two new franchisee stores in Hyderabad, Telangana this week.
Birla Opus Paints has a complete portfolio featuring a range of superior products across categories like interiors, exteriors, waterproofing, enamel paints, wood finishes, and wallpapers. With six manufacturing plants spread across India. Four out of six state-of-the-art, automated manufacturing plants, Ludhiana, Panipat, Cheyyar, and now Chamarajnagar, are pivotal to the company’s growing footprint. Hence, it has helped to boost its production capacity to 860+ MLPA, making it the 2nd largest decorative paints player by installed capacity.
Mr Rakshit Hargave, CEO, Birla Opus Paints, said that he is thrilled to have new franchisee stores in the state. With over 80% of planned 145 products already available in the market, they have a presence in 6000 town catering customers all over. The new two stores will operate from Monday to Saturday, welcoming them to explore their offerings throughout the weekdays, excluding Sundays.
