Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2025 on January 12, marking National Youth Day and commemorating Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary.

The Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue aims to break the 25-year tradition of holding the festival in a conventional manner; this time the PM calls upon 1 lakh youth to provide them with a national platform to share their ideas for a developed India.

Modi will engage with 3000 young leaders from across India at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, starting at 10 AM. PM will listen to their ideas and experiences and share a vision for a developed India.

The 3000 participants were selected through the Viksit Bharat Challenge, a merit-based, multi-level selection process. The challenges included a quiz, an essay round, and state-level competitions, with participants ranging from 15 to 29 years old.

During the event the innovative young leaders will make presentations on ten thematic areas crucial to India’s development, including technology, sustainability, women’s empowerment, manufacturing, and agriculture. PM Modi will also release a compilation of the best essays written by participants on these themes.

The event is supposed to inspire and encourage the nation’s future leaders, providing them with opportunities to engage with Modi and contribute to the country’s development.
