President Murmu To Attend Maha Kumbh In Prayagraj On Monday

President Draupadi Murmu is all set to visit Prayagraj on Monday to participate in the ongoing Maha Kumbh, a significant spiritual event in India. During her eight hour visit , Murmu will take a holy dip at Triveni Sangam, combination of the most sacred rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and saraswati.

According to the sources the President will begin her day at the Sangam Nose, taking a ceremonial dip in Sangam, reinforcing the deep-rooted faith in Sanatan Dharma. Draupadi is the second President who has taken the holy dip before Murmu President Dr. Rajender Prasad, had also taken a holy dip in Mahakumbh. Later on President will visit the revered Akshayavat tree,a symbol of immortality in Hindu religion and offer prayers at the Bade Hanuman Temple, seeking the well-being and prosperity of the nation.

Uttar pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also be present on the occasion, and strict security arrangements have been put in place across the city. Additionally President will also visit the digital Mahakumbh experience centre, which showcases the integration of religious events with modern technology.

The President’s visit is expected to be a historic and inspiring moment, enhancing the religious, cultural, and the spiritual significance of Maha Kumbh.
