The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has strongly condemned the alarming atrocities committed against Hindus and other religious minorities in Bangladesh by Islamic extremists. These heinous acts include attacks, killings, looting, arson, and inhumane persecution of women.
The RSS has criticized the Government of Bangladesh and other concerned agencies for remaining indifferent and failing to take necessary steps to prevent these incidents. Instead, when Bangladeshi Hindus peacefully protested for self-protection, the government responded with a new wave of injustice and oppression.
The arrest of ISKCON Priest Shri Chinmoy Krishna Das ji, who led one of the peaceful protests, is unfair and unjustified. The RSS demands that the Government of Bangladesh immediately stop the atrocities against Hindus and release Pujya Shri Chinmoy Krishna Das ji from prison.
Furthermore, the RSS urges the Government of India to continue its efforts to prevent these atrocities and to garner international support in this regard. It is essential for the global community, international institutions, and governments to stand in solidarity with the victims of Bangladesh and demand action to ensure global peace and fraternity.
