Paying homage to the heroes of 26/11, PM Narendra Modi said that we must not overlook the fact that today marks the anniversary of the Mumbai terror attack. I honor those who came to their deaths. During his speech the Prime Minister warns the terrorist organisations, said, “I also want to reiterate the country’s resolution all those terrorist organizations challenging the security of India will get a befitting reply.”
Also, remembering that day, when Pakistani Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists arrived in Mumbai by water and launched coordinated attacks on several prominent sites, including the Oberoi Trident Hotel, the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, the CST Railway Station, and Nariman House, PM expressed gratitude towards the martyrs. The largest terror attack on Indian territory claimed up to 166 lives and injured over 300 more.
“The nation has experienced an emergency; this problem that existed prior to democracy has been addressed by our Constitution. Today, Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Constitution is fully implemented in Jammu & Kashmir, demonstrating the force of the document. “Constitution Day is being celebrated there (in J&K) for the first time today,” PM stated.
