An unclaimed bag was found outside Delhi BJP’s office at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg on Friday.
The bystanders observed the bag lying outside the BJP party office premises following which the law authorities intervened. The authorities cordoned off the area and confiscated the bag for further investigation. The origin of the bag is being assessed to rule out any potential threat.
The bag retains a police sticker on it indicating it to have been left unintentionally. The public has been urged not to panic and has been assured that the situation is under control along with all necessary precautions already taken.
