Sonipat, Haryana: The United Nation Welfare Foundation’s (UNWF) school, Ye Hai Meri Pathshala, marked India’s 79th Independence Day with a vibrant celebration dedicated to fostering patriotism and promoting the cause of education for underprivileged children.
The event, held on the school premises, was organized under the guidance of Advocate Dr. Priyanka Arora, President of the Foundation. The institution, one of the Foundation’s key initiatives, aims to provide quality education to children from deprived backgrounds, combining academic excellence with cultural enrichment.
The festivities began with the ceremonial flag hoisting by the school’s Principal, Mrs. Manjita, followed by the national anthem, which resonated across the campus, setting a patriotic tone for the day. The tricolour fluttered against the morning sky as students, teachers, and guests joined in the spirited rendition of the anthem.
